We will check your insurance benefits during the intake process, However, please contact your insurance carrier to verify those prior to your first appointment. Only your insurance can provide you with definitive coverage details.

All co-payments and co-insurances are due the morning of your visit. We do not routinely offer payment plans or bill retrospectively. Please note that we have 24 hours cancellation policy for all appointments. Cancelling less then 24 hours in advance will result in $200 no-show fee.
