Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Tatiana Pritchard, PMHNP -BC, FNP-BC, leverages her unique and extensive background in psychiatry, family, and addiction medicine to help you navigate your current struggles. Tatiana specializes in working with neurodiverse patients for the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, as well as working with medically complex patients. Tatiana’s other clinical expertise and passion is working with people on the bipolar spectrum.
Tatiana became a Nurse Practitioner in 2017 and founded Vancouver ADHD and Mood Clinic, PLLC, in 2019. With over 10 years of healthcare experience, she is committed to helping patients lead healthier lives. She shares a goal with all of her patients to find ways to alleviate anxiety, depression, or anger, always keeping patient needs at the forefront. Tatiana is a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider as well as a Neurodiversity-Affirming Certified Clinician. She enjoys providing additional skills, training and support to her patients.
Tatiana has a master’s in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Concordia University Wisconsin and a post-master certificate from National University as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She maintains both national certifications as a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and is licensed to work in Oregon and Washington. Tatiana works with adults aged 17 and older.
Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Melissa Phelan, PMHNP-BC, has worked in the medical field for nine years. The primary focus of her practice is medication management. Melissa enjoys working with all ages, genders, and mental health conditions but is passionate about working with adolescents. As a part of her medication management sessions, she employs brief psychotherapy, utilizing a neurodiversity-affirming strengths-based approach and executive skill training.
Melissa has received additional training to become a Certified ADHD Professional, and had over nine months of one-on-one training with Tatiana Pritchard PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC. As a trained psychiatric nurse practitioner, Melissa uses an evidence-based approach to provide psycho-pharmacological medications, education on psychiatric disorders and therapeutic interventions and recommendations.
Melissa’s goal is to establish long time rapport with patients and their families. She believes it is important to have an open, collaborative relationship with her clients to ensure they feel heard and are active participants in their mental health care.
Melissa recieved her Masters in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree from Gonzaga University, WA and is a licensed PMHNP in WA state. Melissa will be accepting adult and pediatric patients starting September 2024. Being a native to the Pacific Northwest, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors during the spring and summer months, and traveling with her family.

Robert has 38 years of experience working with mental health and addiction-related issues and has enjoyed working with a wide range of clients. When interacting with patients, Robert highly values kindness, compassion, respect, and awareness, as well as being present, understanding, and genuine. In his own words, Robert states, “I have always felt like it is a gift to have others share their lives with me.”
His therapeutic approaches are guided by sound clinical research. He primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Neural Therapy, also called neurofeedback. Neurofeedback has been shown to be an effective, non-invasive, non-medication treatment approach for many conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic sleep disorders. He has done years of training and supervision under top experts in these fields to develop this craft. He sees adults (18+).
Through the years, he has worked with a variety of patient concerns, although depression, anxiety, ADHD, and addiction have been the most common. He prides himself in providing a safe and supportive environment where patients can grow and make the changes they have always wanted to enrich their lives. Robert is not currently accepting new patients.
Robert received his education at Western Washington University and Multnomah University. Robert enjoys outdoor activities, working with weights , training in the marshal arts and eastern philosophy. He also has a long time meditation practice.
Therapist
Lynn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, specializing in working with clients who are AuDHD. As a Neurodivergent person himself, Lynn brings valuable lived experience and insight to his therapeutic work, offering a deep, empathetic understanding of the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals may face.
Lynn focuses on providing comprehensive and practical support tailored to the needs of the neurodivergent community. His approach emphasizes creative, out-of-the-box strategies for managing issues such as sensory regulation and burnout. Passionate about advocacy, Lynn is committed to increasing awareness and promoting inclusion for Neurodiverse individuals in all areas of life.
He earned his master’s degree in community counseling from Rogers State University and works with clients of all ages to foster resilience, self-understanding, and growth.
THERAPIST
Sarah is a therapist associate at our outpatient mental health clinic in Vancouver, WA. With over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent youth, Sarah began her career as a special education educator, where she developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs. Prior to joining our practice, Sarah worked at Columbia River Mental Health, focusing on supporting Neurodiverse clients through individual and group counseling sessions.
She takes a solution-oriented, practical approach to therapy, focusing on equipping her clients with personalized tools that help them meet their goals in daily life. Sarah provides individualized executive skills training for both children (ages 6 and up) and adults, addressing areas such as emotional regulation, classroom support strategies, and workplace adjustments.
She also works closely with families to foster supportive home environments. Sarah earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and is passionate about helping clients of all ages build skills and confidence through collaborative problem-solving.
BILLING manager
Heather handles not only our day-to-day operations but also leads our billing department, contracts with and verifies insurance policies, and oversees patients relations.
Heather has been in mental health administration and billing since 1997, when she started her medical billing business. She has worked with a variety of clinics and providers and has been with Vancouver ADHD and Mood Clinic for almost five years. She is a key component to the successful operation of Vancouver ADHD and Mood Clinic.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Portland State University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University.
Heather’s roots lie in Oregon, where she was born and raised. In her leisure time, she finds joy in quilting, gardening, and undertaking various home improvement projects, a testament to her well-rounded personality.

Haley aims to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic through an unwavering commitment to patient care. She assists with insurance coordination, contacts pharmacies, and ensures that patients receive the most timely and effective care and resources possible.

Haley was born and raised in Oregon but graduated with a degree in the Humanities from college in Southern Utah. She currently resides here in Vancouver; In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and rock climbing.
