We are currently accepting adult new patients by referral only. The referral can come from your current primary care doctor (PCP), counselor (LPC), or any other treating provider. Your provider can either send us secure fax with a referral to 833-553-2040 or fill out a professional secure referral e-form on our website. We will contact you directly once we are able to review the referral form.

Vancouver ADHD and Mood Clinic specializes in prescribing and managing psychiatric medications for a variety of mental health conditions.  

We conduct in-person and tele-medicine visits for established patients.  New patients are required to come into our Vancouver, WA office for 90 min face-to-face initial evaluation. We are licensed to provide services to patients in Washington and Oregon.
